QuickPen was founded in the early '80's to help contractors maximize productivity. That is still our primary objective today. We are constantly working to make our systems, training, and technical support more effective for our users.

Quickpen has extensive construction experience throughout the company. Here at QuickPen, construction experts work beside systems engineers and programmers. As a result, our products reflect an understanding of construction, as well as systems development.

Our automated estimating systems have been used by most of the leading mechanical firms in the U.S. for over fifteen years.

AutoBid® is the new Windows Estimating system. This powerful system has been in the process of design, development and testing for four and one half years. The concept of AutoBid goes further back into QuickPen history than that; we reviewed the feature, function and usability concepts suggested by our customers and then set about the task of designing a product specific for the industry.
