ICE standardizes takeoff, pricing, and analysis of all sizes and scopes of architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical and specialized construction work. ICE has two distinct parts, the Base programs, which are the engine which drive the system, and the Knowledge Bases, which contain the database, and are structured around the specific types of work. You may modify, add to and customize the ICE System Knowledge Bases to reflect your own way of doing business. ICE Base 1 programs are designed to meet the needs of General Contractors, Construction Managers, Industrial Contractors, and many specialty contractors, such as Finishing and Residential contractors. The ICE Base 2 programs are designed principally for the Mechanical Contractor, Electrical Contractor, Process Pipe Contractor, Process Instrumentation Contractor and other trades oriented contractors.
